Fridays in History

In May, let history be told by those who know it best. Christophe Hondelatte, Lorànt Deutsch and Franck Ferrand will be on hand for three exceptional evenings at Rocher Mistral.

May 13- Christophe Hondelatte

Journalist and emblematic presenter of the program Faites entrer l’accusé on France 2, Christophe Hondelatte has distinguished himself as a captivating storyteller. For Rocher Mistral, he will plunge you into the life and work of the greatest Provencal writer: Frédéric Mistral.

May 20 – Lorànt Deutsch

Actor, writer and above all, an outstanding popularizer, Lorànt Deutsch has been working since 2009 and the publication of Métronome to tell the general public about the history of major French cities. For the past three years, he has been crisscrossing France for his program A toute Berzingue: he tells us about Aix-en-Provence.

May 27 – Franck Ferrand

Writer and host, Franck Ferrand uses his pen and his words to tell the story of the little-known intrigues that decided the fate of Europe. At the Rocher Mistral, he will tell the life of the Good King René, emblematic figure crossing the centuries and fleeting owner of the castle of La Barben.
